Cody Beaudette
Man wrongfully arrested for a hit-and-run crime he did not commit.
Cody Beaudette was arrested as the primary suspect responsible for the death of Jeremiah Ramirez, who was struck by a vehicle while riding his scooter in his driveway.
Beaudette spent two weeks behind bars, accused of vehicular homicide, felony hit-and-run, and reckless operation.
The stupid pigs belonged to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Speculation is that the actual perpetrator, a woman surnamed Estes, is either related to or romantically involved with an employee of the Sheriff’s Office, and that this may have influenced their willingness to blame the wrong person for the crime.
