Pacific French Bakery is a family-owned business established in 1986. It has built a strong reputation for blending French baking traditions with Hispanic pastries, offering a wide range of affordable and high-quality baked goods.
Treats made especially with Latinos in mind include Conchas (in three colors), Orejas (crisp, sugar-topped pastries), Yoyos (guava-filled with coconut flakes), and Tres Leches cake.
PF Bakery’s current CEO is Julie Ngu, one of the four daughters of the founders.
