Sentinel Event

Any unanticipated event in a healthcare setting that results in death or serious physical or psychological injury to a patient, not related to the natural course of the patient’s illness.

This is so shocking and concerning.

In my 20+ years of medicine, I have never seen the government allow something like this to continue.

This death by itself should be enough of a "sentinel event" to halt the vaccine in children until a full investigation is completed. pic.twitter.com/1f9x5mJYr5
