In the video above, Groft says he’s been arrested at least 30 times as of 2023. At some point, he was sent to psychiatric testing for mental competency.

He had apparently been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, among other things, and was prescribed medication.

In 2008, Sam Groft was caught on camera with the body of a man who was shot and would eventually die.
