Paz’s extensive criminal history. This all took place in sanctuary Illinois:

2006: Convicted of Receive/ Possession Stolen Vehicle. Sentenced to 180 days in prison.

2006: Arrested for theft control intent. Convicted of theft control intent in 2007 and sentenced to 30 months special conditions probation and 90 days incarceration.

2008: re-sentenced to 180 days incarceration.

2013: arrested for domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance. Convicted in 2014 of Domestic battery and sentenced to 12 months special conditions probation.

2014: re-sentenced to 90 days incarceration.

2014: arrested for criminal damage state property. Convicted of resisting a peace officer and sentenced to 180 days in prison.

2015: arrested for Domestic Battery and violating an order of protection. Convicted of violating of order of protection and sentenced to 18 months probation special conditions.

He’s been living here illegally for nearly 30 years, got arrested and convicted multiple times, and was never deported.
