Mhoon was a 33-year-old woman from DeKalb, Illinois, who was arrested and charged with multiple felonies, including theft, misappropriation of financial institution property, continuing financial crimes enterprise, and forgery. Investigators alleged that they found evidence and items purchased with the stolen money at her home.
