Multiple sources confirm 37-year-old Matthew Livelsberger from Colorado Springs was the driver of Cybertruck that exploded outside Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas.

If this is the guy I would think

1) a Drone Specialist would have been able to devise a way to detonate a payload remotely without blowing himself up.

2) A Special Forces soldier would have known that a steel plated cage wouldn’t be a good delivery system for said payload.
