Mason Royal
Chef and husband of Lily Rosenthal (the daughter of Phil Rosenthal).
Mason Royal is the head chef at the newly open diner Max & Helen’s, a project of his father-in-law and Nancy Silverton.
He has worked as a restaurant consultant, culinary director, and executive chef at various places. His experience inclues being:

Mason Royal is of Jewish heritage. He married Lily Rosenthal in October 2025.
