Korean American NASA engineer accused of being a serial rapist in Houston.

Eric Shim, 37 years of age, has been charged with six counts of rape.

There are at least six victims between 2019-2022, who prosecutors revealed met Sim through online apps, like Hinge, East Meets West and OKCupid.

Sim used his position at NASA to gain trust, claiming he was looking for a committed relationship, to lure the victims to his home where they were pinned down and raped, prosecutors claim.

A flight lead engineer at Johnson Space Center, Sim’s relationship with NASA started while he was a student at North Carolina State when he starred a Gangnam-style parody for the space organization 11 years ago.

Not a rapper, but a raper.

It is unknown whether Sim is friends with LAPD’s David Shin, also a Korean American, who is accused of attempting to rape a Vietnamese American woman in the back of a police car.

Sim’s Instagram account shows him in Ecuador, Portugal, Spain, Qatar, Stockholm, the UK, France, Bulgaria, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina in the last 12 months.
