Police Chief Dave Booth was caught on camera choking a suspect.

Heber City Utah Police Chief Dave Booth Chokes man who is in handcuffs in police unit. This unauthorized body cam footage was released by good officers who wanted to expose the abuse and subsequent cover-up by Heber City PD, Heber City Mayor Kelleen Potter and Sheriff Jared Rigby of the Wasatch County Sheriffs Office (who was tasked with investigating Chief Booth). Numerous Officers have reported the abuse by Booth and the “Blue Line” has protected him.

This incident occurred in August of 2021, at the time I personally investigated this…We initiated numerous public records request and ALL were completely ignored, in violation of Utah State Public Records Law.
