According to the medical examiner’s office, Christopher Wayne Ristow hanged himself on October 23, 2023. He was 28 years of age.
The decedent’s father Darren Rael was shot dead in a robbery in Las Vegas in 2010.
Darren Rael, 44, was working on a vehicle in a neighborhood near West Gowan Road and Clayton Street. The father of two and mobile mechanic was approached by a thief who pulled out a gun and demanded cash. Rael was shot and killed after he told the gunman he didn’t have any money.
