Chirine Njeim

Chirine Njeim (born 4 October 1984) is a Lebanese alpine skier and long-distance runner.

Njeim represented Lebanon in the 2002, 2006 and the 2010 Winter Olympics, and the 2016 Summer Olympics.

On July 24, 2022, Njeim was on board a six-seater plane that crashed in Ray Township, Michigan, with three people and a dog inside. Miraculously, everyone on board, including her husband Ronny Kamal who was piloting the plane, and his 17-year-old niece, survived.
