Alexandra Henrion-Caude was born October 16, 1969, in Warwick in the United Kingdom.
She defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Paris-Diderot in 1997 and worked as a neurobiologist at the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School and at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
