A team of private investigators hired by Justin Spencer’s lawyers had discovered that Alex Thompson was convicted of embezzling roughly $65,000 from a Texas photographer prior to her association with the band.
Thompson, who had five aliases (including Venice 311), got access to Recycled Percussion’s finances while still under a court order in the Lone Star state, which prohibited her from having any involvement in company finances.
