Ahmed Hafnaoui

Tunisian swimmer who won the 400 at the Olympics in Tokyo.

He became just the second-ever gold medalist swimmer from his home country, while also securing the fifth gold in Tunisia’s history.

Hafnaoui is only 18 years old. He beat off the challenge of Australia’s Jack McLoughlin and the USA’s Kieran Smith, who won the silver and bronze, respectively.
